Every person in this world has a dream. Even a child has an aspiration in life. Even successful persons in the world have dreams. In other words, dreams are the things you want to achieve in your life. It can be your future career, your family, your house and many more. When I was a kid, my dreams were very shallow such as “I want to be a superhero in the future; I want to save the people from danger; I want to fly. ” But as I grow up, my dreams gradually change to bigger ones.

I want to be a doctor someday; I want to build a house for my parents, and many more. Now as a college student, my goals in life are circling around my career and my family. For my career, I want to be a good CPA. Just like other people, I also want to be successful and rich. For my family, I want to have a good relationship with them, I want to support them financially, and I want to help in providing for their needs. These are just some of my dreams in life because if I list down all of those dreams, I’m sure it won’t fit in a short bond paper.
Considering I’m the eldest in the family, these aspirations push me to achieve more, to do better, to be strong, and to be more determined in achieving my dreams. It influences me in my studies and in my family relationship. In my studies, it motivates me to study harder, to have determination in doing things, and to have commitment in all the things that I’m doing. In my family, I must allot time for them and I must bond with them. For instance, every Sunday we must go to the mall and watch movies or go to the park and have a picnic.
These influences helped me achieve some of my goals in life. And I hope that through these influences I can achieve all my goals in life. It is easy to have aspirations in life but it is hard to achieve them. Hence, if we want to our dreams, we need to work for it. We need to push ourselves to accomplish them. We can’t achieve them if we’ll just sit there and do nothing. Our dreams will remain as dreams if we’re not going to work for it.
