Strategic Choice Theory: Strategic choice theory is a concept that explains the roles of the leaders or the groups that plays a leading role in the organization and making alterations or finding the solutions to the issues that arises in the changing government policies. Before strategic choice theory it was a general concept that the goals and strategies of the organizations were made on the basis of external environment.
