code of chivalry
Chivalry Chivalry is a code of conduct associated with the medieval institution of knighthood. It was originally conceived of as an aristocratic warrior code. The Knight’s Code of Chivalry was a moral system that said that they should protect others who cannot protect themselves.

To be a knight, you needed to have the strength and skills to fight n the Middle Ages; not only did they have to be strong but also disciplined. It was expected of them to use their power to protect the defenseless. Knights vowed to be loyal, generous, and “of noble bearing”. They had to tell the truth all the time and respect and honor all women. They not only protected the defenseless but also had to protect and honor each other. Knights obeyed people who were in higher authority than them and always had to accept a challenge from an equal.
They lived by honor and for glory. Knights were religious; they had to fear and obey God and maintain the Church. Knights were always faithful and never turned their back on an enemy. They persevered to the end in any enterprise they began. Yes, I do believe chivalry is still alive in some ways but only a little bit. Women were also more honorable and would respect themselves more. Knights would help a women with anything a she needed and would be there for her all day and night. Knights liked saving a damsels in distress. A knight would never be able to have any love affair with a woman; it was one of the codes of chivalry. He had to fall in love with a woman he would never marry and he always had to be there for her. The knight also had to protect the defenceless, such as kids, woman, and elders.
